You've seen her on national television; you've seen her give design advice on local and regional radio shows, magazine and newspaper articles. You have also seen the high profile projects that her firm, Jennifer Adams Design Group, have become so well known for. You have seen her popular blog and you can now buy items in her signature collection of endorsed products. Now meet Jennifer Adams.


 


The Business Journal recognized Jennifer as the “Entrepreneur of the Year” at their annual Orchid Awards in April of 2008.  Her company's expansion and reputation as a premier design firm lead to Jennifer being listed to the Portland Business Journal’s "40 under 40," a list of Portland’s youngest and brightest businessmen and women under the age of 40 in 2008. 


 


Jennifer, an Oregon native, founded the Jennifer Adams Design Group in January of 1998 as means to fulfill a lifelong ambition. Armed with creative prowess and innovation; Adams ignited the market for boutique interior design by amassing credentials and experience in countless high-end projects. The company was named the lead interior design team for a world-class Cabo San Lucas golf resort, Diamante and the PGA golf great, Hal Sutton's prestigious Boot Ranch Development in Fredericksburg,Texas.  They also recently completed the renovation of Fairbanks Ranch Country Club in Rancho Santa Fe, California.  


 


Adams firm is widely recognized as the west coast’s top interior design firm and the recognition has catapulted Jennifer to the forefront of the national interior design scene. Her company's scope of work has featured high profile residential projects, flashy commercial developments and even aviation projects both nationally and internationally.


 


Charitable and community involvement is another passion that drives Jennifer. One of her favorite organizations is Self Enhancement, Inc., where she was elected to the board of directors and another is Young Audiences of Oregon. She also is very involved with the Make-a-Wish Foundation in San Diego.


 


Jennifer was also selected as the lead designer for HGTV's popular show "My First Place," a program dedicated to first time buyers. Jennifer's ability to relate and designunparallel living spaces has made the show a hit on HGTV.


 


Many people around the nation recognize Jennifer for her role on two national TV programs. She is the On TV Design Expert for "BETTER", a nationally syndicated TV program that also can be seen on line at www.better.tv . The show has been a success and Jennifer's reoccurring design segments offer viewers a look at trendy design techniques, a peek inside projects that she has designed and design tips that viewers can do themselves in their homes. 


 


Top rated Newsradio 750 KXL in Portland also selected Jennifer to be the design expert on the popular, "Brian Buslach's Wealth and Finance Show," a weekly program in which she provides her interior design knowledge to homeowners.


 


Following her dreams, Jennifer has launched her “Jennifer Adams Home” collection of products. The collection is comprised of luxury linens, kitchen and bath products and an artwork line for ModernMural.com.
