A new report out October 19, 2009 is calling out school district lunches - saying it's time for an update.

The current standards were set 14 years ago, and don't restrict the number of calories kids eat.
Proposed changes for lunches won't come cheap. The cost of breakfasts could jump 20 percent, and lunch prices about four percent.
