The most exciting day is, of course, when the braces come off, but you’re still not done. From there, you enter the retention phase..which is really just as important as the treatment phase.
The cost of braces can range from a few hundred to a few thousand dollars and insurance benefits have not kept up. Payment plans are usually available from the orthodontist. When you think about a young child’s confidence and self esteem, the cost of braces seems quite affordable.
